Thank you for shopping with Petvari. Use this page to track the status of your order and stay updated on your delivery. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1. How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
To track your order, please follow these steps:
- Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Petvari
- Locate your tracking number in the email
- Click the tracking link provided in the email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier website
- View the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your shipment
If you cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at support@petvari.com with your order number and we will provide your tracking information.
2. Order Status Guide
Below is a guide to help you understand the different order and tracking statuses you may see:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Order Placed | Your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received. We are preparing to process your order. |
| Order Confirmed | Your order has been reviewed, verified, and confirmed. It is now being prepared for shipment. |
| Processing | Your order is being prepared and packed. This stage typically takes 1 to 3 business days. |
| Shipped | Your order has been handed over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email at this stage. |
| In Transit | Your order is on its way to your delivery address. You can monitor its progress using your tracking number. |
| Out for Delivery | Your order is with the carrier and will be delivered to your address today. |
| Delivered | Your order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you have not received it, please see the section below. |
| Delivery Attempted | The carrier attempted to deliver your package but was unable to complete the delivery. A notice may have been left at your address with instructions. |
| Returned to Sender | Your package was unable to be delivered and has been returned to us. Please contact us at support@petvari.com so we can resolve this. |
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The following estimated delivery times apply to all orders shipped within the United States:

Please Note: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Tracking Number Not Working
If your tracking number is not showing any information, please note the following:
- Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to become active after your order is shipped
- During peak seasons, tracking updates may be delayed
- Please wait 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email before contacting us about tracking issues
If your tracking number is still not working after 48 hours, please contact us at support@petvari.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
5. Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your mailbox, front door, back door, side entrance, and any secure areas where packages are sometimes left
- Check with other members of your household to see if someone else accepted the delivery
- Check with neighbors in case the package was delivered to an adjacent address by mistake
- Wait 2 additional business days as packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly before they arrive
- If the package still cannot be located after 2 business days, contact us at support@petvari.com with your order number
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@petvari.com with your order number. We will investigate the delay with the carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may be longer than usual during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you believe you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at support@petvari.com with your order number and the correct address.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address before dispatch
- If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout
8. Damaged Package Upon Arrival
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself, please take the following steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item before opening or disposing of anything
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petvari.com
- Include your order number and the photos in your email
We will review your case and arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
