At Petvari, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are reviewed, verified, and processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received and confirmed.
Please note the following:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Total Estimated Time includes both order processing time (1 to 3 business days) and transit time.
Please Note: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.
4. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 per order, regardless of order size or weight
- Express Shipping: $30.00 per order, regardless of order size or weight
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or cancellation is due to an error on our part.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after your order is shipped
- You can use your tracking number on the carrier website to monitor your delivery status
- If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@petvari.com
6. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery address, including mailbox, front door, back door, and with neighbors
- Check with other members of your household
- Wait 2 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly early
- Contact us at support@petvari.com if the package still cannot be located
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@petvari.com with your order number. We will investigate the delay and provide you with an update.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petvari.com
- Include your order number and photos in your email
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
- If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@petvari.com
- We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be reshipped at the customer's expense
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:
- We will contact you by email to arrange reshipment
- Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer
- If reshipment is not requested within 14 days of our notification, the order may be canceled and a refund issued for the product price only, excluding original shipping fees
9. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package if applicable.
10. Peak Season and Holiday Delays
During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order well in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
11. Shipping Carrier
We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
