What is your returns policy?
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase, provided the item is returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

What are the shipping options?
We currently ship to the United States only. We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — $10.00 — 8 to 15 business days
- Express Shipping — $30.00 — 3 to 8 business days

When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Total estimated time from order placement:
- Standard Shipping: 9 to 18 business days
- Express Shipping: 4 to 11 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
What should I do if I never received my order?
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you failed to receive your order, please let us know by email (support@petvari.com)
or by phone (+1 (251) 373-4770).
A customer service representative will locate your order and inform you of the next steps.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petvari.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Orders can typically be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After that, the order may have entered processing and changes may no longer be possible.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
For the best shopping experience, getting the size right the first time makes good sense. Each product page includes a size guide with measurements and breed/weight recommendations to help you choose the correct size for your pet.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you a confirmation email which contains the tracking number and a link to the tracking website. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

How do you pack your items to ensure safe transport?
All our products are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Rest assured, your orders are being packed to ensure nothing is damaged along the way.
How do I know my payment has been received?
If you pay via credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method at checkout, yourorder confirmation emailwill indicate that payment has been completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us atsupport@petvari.com.
